When every break on a platform produces the same timestamped pull records and EV documentation, the platform earns a consistent trust signal it can show buyers, dispute handlers, and external reviewers. Partial deployment creates inconsistency: buyers who receive a report on one break and nothing on the next learn the system is optional, which undermines the value for everyone.
