Compliance
Neutral, Independent, and Manufacturer-Agnostic
BreakersDNA is independent of card manufacturers, distributors, and breakers.
It does not receive advance product information, pack configuration data, or distribution insights.
All analysis is performed after product is opened live, using publicly available odds, historical market data, and observed outcomes.
No Knowledge of Pack Contents or Distribution
BreakersDNA has:
- No visibility into pack contents prior to opening
- No knowledge of case mapping or collation
- No insight into allocation or distribution practices
- No access to non-public manufacturer data
Breakers using BreakersDNA likewise have no advance knowledge of pack contents.
Outcome Documentation, Not Intent Analysis
BreakersDNA does not attempt to determine:
- Whether product was intentionally favored
- Whether distribution practices vary by buyer
- Whether outcomes were caused by any specific actor
Its role is limited to:
- Recording what occurred
- Comparing results to expected statistical ranges
- Presenting that information transparently to viewers
This distinction is intentional and central to the platform's compliance framework.
Consumer Transparency & Education
BreakersDNA exists to address a growing trust gap in the hobby by:
- Providing real-time context during breaks
- Reducing reliance on anecdotal claims
- Helping viewers understand variance and probability
- Encouraging informed participation
Transparency protects both collectors and breakers by replacing suspicion with data.
No Guarantee of Value or Performance
All values, projections, and comparisons shown by BreakersDNA:
- Are estimates only
- Reflect historical data at a point in time
- Are not guarantees of value, return, or profitability
Participation in breaks always carries inherent risk, and outcomes are variable by design.
Designed to Support Fair, Lawful Break Practices
BreakersDNA is built to align with:
- Consumer protection principles
- Platform terms of service
- State and federal advertising standards
- Best practices for randomized products
It is intended to reduce disputes, not create them — and to support a healthier, more transparent breaking ecosystem.
BreakersDNA does not claim that the system is broken — it exists because transparency matters.
When outcomes are visible, documented, and contextualized, trust no longer depends on assumptions.
