Accounts & access
There are three kinds of accounts, and the most common support question is people signing up for the wrong one. Here's the map.
Rule of thumb: if you open the packs, you're a breaker. If you buy the spots, you're a buyer. If you build the packs, you're a repacker.
The three account types
Breaker account
For people who run shows. Sign up at /signup— it's free. Verify your email and you get a company workspace with channels, inventory, breaks, and overlays. Log in at /login.
Buyer account
For people who buy spots in breaks. Sign up at /buyer-signup, verify your email, and you're in — no waiting. Log in at /buyer-login. Note that this is a separate login page from the breaker one.
Repacker account
Invitation-based — you'll get a signup link by email. If you make repacks and want in, contact us.
Company team roles (breakers)
A breaker company can have a whole team, managed under Team:
- Owner— full control: team, settings, finances, and reassigning breaks. There's exactly one.
- Company Admin — can manage team members, reassign breaks, and adjust company settings.
- Breaker— runs breaks (and can earn commission), but can't manage the team.
Everything significant is recorded in your company's Activity History — who did what, when. Give each person their own login instead of sharing one.
Can't get in?
“Email not confirmed” when logging in
Find the verification email we sent (check spam) and click the link. The login page has a Resend button if it never arrived.
The verification email never arrives
Check spam/promotions folders first, then use Resend on the login page. Corporate inboxes sometimes quarantine automated mail — a personal address is the quick workaround.
“Your account is pending approval”
A rare legacy state for older accounts that were created before self-serve signup. You’ll be able to log in as soon as review completes — no action needed on your side. If it’s been more than a business day, contact us.
Forgot your password
Use /forgot-password and we’ll email a reset link. Works for both breaker and buyer accounts.
Right password, wrong dashboard
You may be on the wrong login page — breakers log in at /login, buyers at /buyer-login. The two account types are separate.
Good to know
- One company per account, by design — it keeps every company's data hard-walled from every other's.
- If none of the fixes above work, contact us with the email address you signed up with and what the error says — that's everything we need to dig in.
