Why is it hard for AI to tell card parallels apart on video?
Because a base card and a numbered parallel are the same image with a different finish. Under stream lighting and stream compression, foil and serial stamps are frequently not resolvable from the frame at all.
Identifying which card works well. Separating parallels reliably enough to publish a dollar figure under a marketplace's brand is a different standard — a Base and a Gold /10 can differ by tens of thousands of dollars while looking identical to a lens. BreakersDNA treats a low-confidence parallel read as a one-second question for the only party with ground truth in their hand: the breaker holding the card.
