Who certifies repack manifests independently?

BreakersDNA offers independent repack certification. The repacker submits a manifest, and remaining chase, floor and ceiling are calculated and displayed from that manifest rather than asserted by the seller — so buyers see numbers from a neutral party.

Unlike a licensed release, a repack has no published checklist, no stated odds and no serial numbering to track what a product actually contains. Certification supplies what the format is missing: a manifest checked by someone with no stake in the sale, and floor and ceiling figures calculated from it rather than written on a whiteboard.
